We are actively acquiring sites across the East Midlands, with or without planning permission. We also specialise in strategic land promotion.
02 — Strategic land promotion
Buying a site outright is one route. Promoting it is another, and it is a particular strength of ours. We work with landowners who have land that is not yet ready to sell, or who would rather stay involved while planning risk is taken on their behalf.
The work is to make the land developable: getting it considered in the local plan, securing a consent, and putting an agreement around it that is fair when the value arrives. You keep the land. We do the promotion.
Local plan promotions
Call-for-sites submissions, evidence and representations to get land considered where it sits outside the current settlement boundary.
Planning applications
Outline and full applications, handled with the same attention we bring to our own schemes, and with a clear view of what Charnwood will support.
Promotion and option agreements
You remain the landowner. We take the planning risk and the work, and the value is shared when the site is ready.
Then we can build
Once consent is in place, a joint venture or an outright sale is still on the table. Promotion is not a dead end; it is how a site becomes a Reynolds scheme.
